I went for a walk this morning. It was 20 degrees. There is 0 upside to living in 20 degree weather unless you can go skiing (maybe it builds grit?).

I walked by several ultra luxury buildings where the cheapest condos probably go for >$5million. If I lived in one of those, I would still just be a guy alone in his apartment cranking out a blog post.

No I’m not depressed, relax. Just an observation.
