I’ve been eating a lot of junk and have compensated with excessive physical activity. I know you’re not supposed to do that, but it makes me feel better about myself…
Speaking of excess exercise, I hurt my lower back in the gym. Hoping to stretch it out and fully recover in a couple of days.
I almost didn’t post today. Was lacking inspiration this morning. Came to the conclusion that I have to blog everyday regardless of content. Repetition -> quality.
