I have my first meeting with 2 potential co-founders tonight. We are going to work together for 3-4 weeks on one of the other member’s project. If we work together well during the trial period, then we will “officially” start a company together and go from there.
Anyway our intro call is tonight, so I’m not really sure what to work on today. I will feel guilty if I’m not productive. I think I’m going to write up a document about how to prioritize tasks. Hopefully it comes in handy once I start working with these other guys. My assumption is that early stage, under-resourced ventures need to get task prioritization correct if they want to maximize their product iteration cadence.
